Sips of Pure Joy

Sữa started with two very different ways of seeing the world. One of us is an architect and engineer—always sketching, building, and imagining what something could become. The other is an accountant and auditor—drawn to the details, the systems, and making sure everything works exactly the way it should.

Somewhere between creativity and precision, we found a shared language: coffee. More specifically, Vietnamese coffee—the slow ritual of the phin, the bold flavors, the sweetness of condensed milk, and the way a simple cup can carry memory, culture, and connection.

We created Sữa to bring that feeling to Ellensburg. It’s our way of blending Vietnamese tradition with our own point of view: thoughtful but never stuffy, carefully made but still fun, and always meant to be shared.

We hope Sữa becomes more than a place to grab coffee. We hope it feels like a small piece of community—one cup, one conversation, and one new favorite drink at a time.
